*Although Torp controllers have a security class IP67 , which makes them highly waterproof, the wiring harnesses of the controller and the bike are not waterproof. If the bicycle is exposed to water, it is mandatory to apply dielectric lubricant On all connectors. The guarantee shall not cover faults or damage resulting from the use of motor controllers during activities where frequent or prolonged immersion in water is expected, such as driving in streams, rivers or flooded areas. Over time, gaskets and components can be degraded, reducing the waterproofness of the product. The damage resulting from this natural consumption is not covered by a 2-year guarantee.
